Efectul detoxifiant, depurificator, si continutul scazut de zahar al capsunilor le recomanda pentru a fi consumate chiar si de diabetici. O cura de capsuni (cate 300-500 g zilnic) ce poate dura atat cat tine sezonul, are efecte fortifiante si stimulente asupra organismului.
